If you will arrive earlier or later than the normal time, you need to let us know and we will get our VIP Airport Departure team prepared to meet you when you do reach the airport..
Will I always be fast-tracked?
Yes. Your greeter will use their specialist airport knowledge and local contacts to make passing through the airport border control checks (security, quarantine and immigration) as fast and easy as possible. Usually there is no delay at all and after any other VIPs inform of you have been served you will walk through effortlessly
Can all terminals be served?
Yes. We can meet and assist you and provide the full range of VIP Airport Service in all Jakarta International and Domestic terminals. Whether you are arriving or departing we can assist, on what ever airline you are using. And for connections we can help you transfer between flights, airlines and terminals too.
Is there an "overnight" surcharge?
Yes. There is a small surcharge for overnight assistance. This covers the additional cost of staff having to travel to or fro the airport to assist you and at times when public transport may not be available. We will always tell you whether it will apply to your order when you inquire or book.
Is there a “short notice” surcharge?
We accept late orders (less than 48 hours before service) and always do our best to arrange and confirm them. If it is not possible to get staff or official approval in time, an immediate and full refund will be made. Sometimes we have to bring in staff specially to assist you. We will always tell you whether it will apply to your order when you book.
